I really can't understand why the bears think we're headed for a major crash. The indices are largely linked to business and investor confidence (emotions!) and all's that's going on on hc is scare mongering.
The economy is booming here in Australia and it hasn't even started yet. Most of the iron ore miners are expanding and the benefits are starting to flow through the rest of the country.
Yes we're linked to the DJA, but the Oz economy is much more robust that the US.
