why not keep marching towards the goal: use the aGVHD treatment to get a foot in the door, as a precedent for future approvals such as CLBP and CHF. and make all the development costs back then? like has always been the plans

seriously. shareholders have been patient enough thus far. why get greedy now?

keep doing the aGVHD at cost.

who in their right mind would disagree?

if you are not putting your money in at 30c, why on earth would you go all in when the company is selling a product that cost hundred of millions and many years to develop and make no profit? You might just as well throw your money away.
