As you well know MSB has been providing some treatments free of charge. They don't actively advertise it, but they do and if you went to an AGM you'd be fully informed.
It costs most biotechs over a billion dollars to get to market. Once at market it is necessary and expected they be able to make some money. It's why we're invested. Mostly the cost will be absorbed by health insurance funds and hospitals and other forms of funding.
IDK why this is such a novel concept to you or why it's supposedly unfair especially as a billion is not chump change. Or is it to you? Pop your head over the partition and ask one of your colleagues or are you all by the pool?
