Interesting broad read about reram. The author is actually a product manager at Infineon - so is quite timely (and article is recent). I think it's quite clear it's our area-based switching interface that is the truly novel componant (if it works), and the 20nm scalability get's us to something that would be considered by the industry as a solution.
