No doubt some frantic updates to the Mt.Keith block model are underway but...
the rules are pretty explicit in stating that any information that may effect the stock price must be released to the market without delay.
It seems that WMC, as the controlling JV partner, is dribble feeding FCN info whenever they feel like it, perhaps not in strict accordance with corporate rules??
