Agreed, we want 2k for this year and that will go through our EVA plant. And it would make sense to use Lulea given we own the land and will already have staff there.

But a few things make me think a factory in Germany or the UK for recycled talnode-c would make more sense:
    - Lulea is currently only permitted to refine our stage 1 mine. So we’d need to go through permitting again to increase it (so why not do it somewhere else)
    - We’d need to pay to increase capacity of Lulea anyway
    - We’d be closer to where the black mass is produced and our customers, so save on shipping
    - The EU is pushing hard on recycling. 70% of a battery should be recycled, and from memory 25% materials for new batteries should come from recycling. The Clean Industrial Deal fully supports recycling (special call out for keeping black mass within the EU instead of selling it elsewhere). I’m pretty sure there’s going to be a lot of grants and funding for projects, and it seems we might be the first to be able to do anode. I would think it’s worthwhile building a new refinery for recycling closer to customers and take full advantage of this funding, then we can keep capacity at Lulea for the massive mining expansion and fund that separately (funding could come from different programs, and having different refineries / projects would probably make It easier to apply for the different funds)
    - There’s talk of a strategic investor at the project level. Feels like it would muddy things if they invested in the Lulea refinery, so they then start to get profits from recycled talnode-c which would be a different project?
