My quick reading of all your posts leads me to turn the tables and see it from a RP perspective.
So wheres the signed paperwork showing BMinerals "Consulting" with Roka Pasha.... They thought that they didnt have to because they were unaware of the RP consultation/aggreement/signed paperwork.
they later discover that hurdle and with their lawyers side step that by a late lands claim over the lot ?...
The HD application has to represent the majority of HD claimants..which might explain why they kept getting knocked back by DMR...because they had allowed Gs claim which would have had to said they had a majority....
You need to see the forms...and there could be perfectly reasonable explainations behind what seems unfair...imo
Thats why I wonder why more wasnt argued in the con court case...from DMR lawyers...
Well they certainly have their hands full now. Thanks for the Anglo perspective Manjapra...I was avoiding it a bit. go back to the beginning and see all sides imo...Anglo sending out bees to maintain good relations with locals makes sense to me..how it plays out from there...is human behaviour under the conditions at the time.
The case of Bapo Ba Mogale..although not our host community ...made me think how vulnerable the tribal system might be to abuse and misuse..and the stories be hidden or turned around...the media can only deal with.... so much.
So back to the tick and cross boxes on those forms...
Go our host communities............. Oh that could be both applicatons....go those who want Genorah as financial partners..... Has Genorah got some moooolaaaa lined up... I hope that they are fighting court battles and wooing finaciers all at the one time... KUMBA KUMBA who...what..they are off to court tooo?
