A dual listing still leaves them with the same issue of the regulatory issues on the ASX.
Whilst this is scary for some, if you’re a true believer in Brainchip then you’ll know it doesn’t belong on the ASX.
Besides where it is listed, there is nothing connected to Australia anymore, besides IR, and the 2 non-execs who are only there because it’s a requirement of the ASX to have 2 people minimum on the board, so I’d assume once this all goes ahead which I’m sure it will, Tony Dawe, Pia and Geoff Carrick will no longer be needed!
Everything for them is away from Australia, and for a company like Brainchip it needs to be where it belongs, in the tech capital of the world.
Anybody that seriously believes that staying here is better for the company is not looking further ahead and only thinking of themselves.
