The only indirect inference that I come to on the Soupiana question is that the Bengwenyama-ya-Maswazi community is split and this gives some credence to the claim put by Nkwe that the faction aligned to Beng. Min. is not representative of the community.

The other funny thing I fail to understand is if only 2 households out of 1500 were indifferent to Shapiro's door to door campaining efforts - does it mean that the entire Royal council reside in two households? - why did he have to do a canvassing - was there a plebiscite? -obviously they dont have proof to show that they represent the community.
