One thing does perplex me about the options. BIT had the option at going for a CR when the SP was much better but stated that the options were the preferred method of obtaining funds.
That raises a question, doesn't it? Why did BIT then basically not issue any communications to shareholders which resulted in the SP plunging to a point where exercising the options became a non-event?
Why did BIT do nothing to protect the SP?
