ideally exclusive license granted to sales in agreed global precincts / with notable exclusions subject to met development milestones in the trial ( the company mentioned global opportunity in a recent release so that is not unreasonable)
that aligned with an upfront payment in cash to assist trial progression with additional payments potentially benchmarked against interim data outcomes ( allows access to commercial in confidence data trial related)
solid interims trigger partner to purchase shares of ave 'common stock' to an agreed cash value ( common stock consolidation would need to be part of that purchase agreement you would think )
success trial completion trigger corporate partnership/ merger or acquisition aimed at regulatory approval and commercialization of TPM stand alone and tpm + synthetic cbd insomnia/anxiety medication under TGA S3 and through FDA etc
