Doesn't the investment by Dr Garner just indicate his commitment to the business?
Also, the timing of raising these investments as a huge issue seems a bit opportunistic given the proximity to the closing date for the voting. Is this just a list ditch desperate attempt to influence the voting?
Muck raking is not a good look for someone presenting themselves as a prospective Director and neither is signing off the letter as a Percheron representative
