I understand that there are some dark greens who view people as a feral threat to the planet but I haven't heard any suggestion that they have called for poor people to be culled.
The extermination of millions was attributable to Rachael Carson and the Green movement but in my view there was no intention just a reckless disregard for the consequences of their actions.
They were so absorbed with the importance of what they probably saw as the great moral imperative of their time that they failed to think it through.
