As @triage notes, Luke Cox did say "I know for a fact this is where the high grade gold is" at around the 45 second mark.This is not seeing gold in some rock chips in the salt lakes.The only way to know for a fact, is to spend money to sink a drill hole there. That will show if high grade gold is there or not.
