Damo, sorry for the confusion I thought tomorrow was Monday 31 Jan which is the date the prospectus is to be lodged and an explanation given to shareholders.These are listed in the revised timetable.
Attempts were made on this forum to get people to contribute to a submission to ASIC but it was a bit like pulling an elephants teeth through its rear end but a bit harder. Certainly disappointing when so many comments have been made on the forum by various people. Depite the problems a submission has been lodged, maybe lacking some positive examples but we'll see what it turns up.
