Yes it beggars belief that so many on here can't see what BRN has developed and now achieved.
Why can't they see BRN is on the edge of achieving solid market traction?
There are several reasons...
- They are not familiar with the realities of launching new technologies.
- They refuse to see the significance of the recent engagements (officially announced or not).
- They don't understand that BRN isn't selling an off the shelf product - that "deals" come only after a long (years) development process by the very companies BRN are selling their technology to.
- They are simply down-rampers (fake accounts or something) that want to engineer volatility by manipulating retail holders and, along with dodgy single share trades, spread FUD.
- They are simply frustrated with how long it's taking and are blowing off steam one key stroke at a time.
You know, really this proposed move to a US stock exchange is bit of a distraction - it's 12 months away minimum.
While a few people in Brainchip admin move the pieces around evaluating and planning this, the rest of Brainchip sales, marketing, technical support, and R&D staff are getting on with it - business as usual.
They won't be standing around twiddling thumbs waiting for moving day.
So the reality is, it's back to what it was before - we are waiting for new engagements, deal announcements, and revenues. If that doesn't materialize in the next 6 months that will be more of a problem for the share price than being spooked by the threat of re-domiciling (some see it as a threat apparently).
The one thing Brainchip didn't say in their "we're thinking about moving to the US" announcement was the most probable reason; they got tapped by US DoD or a Defence Industry prime and told "we'd like to do more with Brainchip but it would really help if your weren't a foreign owned entity. Can you do something about that? because it will become an issue."
Aerospace and Defence applications lead the way to acceptance of new technologies.
Being domiciled in the US facilitates access to the biggest Western Defence budget.
One thing we know about US Defence capability, they throw money at maintaining superiority.
And right now AI is the name of the game.
