I have no problem with the levy provided:

1.all costs are available to the public
2.correct tendering process is in place
3.all money is spent by the Federal Government - no handouts
4.no area is given priority status based on which party has that area in their electorate (no pork barrelling)

if none of the above are adhered to then no levy

PS: If labor gets this wrong they will have trouble winning the next election
