    If Abbott opposes the levy in parliament and knocks it back through the Senate vote then he will be denying Queenslanders the help they deserve. He may however not be as silly as the levy knockers on these threads and may bluster about the levy for a while but in the end the coalition will imo probably vote for it in the Senate.
