Hello. I added US$50/kg opex for the Dy & Tb. While i think my current forecast cashflow based PE ratio of 24 is high for mining company not paying dividends, there is this geo-political obsession going on, with people dreaming they will be rich & having luxury holidays during WW3. Therefore i guess at the current time the PE ratio for a "rare earth" company will be high; even though rare earths are not rare.
