It already is as he come out and stated his intentions to "Drill Baby Drill" and also stated he couldn't care less about the EV Industry as he wanted America to produce more oil than ever before...also the way he is treating other countries and their people shows that he is not aligned with the West but rather the Dictatorship as he continues to state he likes Putin, Jinping and the other fruit loop Kim Jong Un....so he clearly points to a change towards Dictatorship rather than a Democracy.
