There is no doubt, the science and the medical staff is top. The financial side is causing the problems. Normally advanced science and DATA are taking care of that problem but strangely not at CHM and IMU. And at RAD, despite another "praise sang" by Lantheus today, the sp trades less half than what the big boy paid for.
And that begs the question: Insane not to invest or insane to invest.
