He's doing a poor job of running the company, nobody can deny that.
The labs screwed up, so why are they still using them?
Are these the very same labs which reportedly told PH directly that they will have results every (x) weeks, however have not delivered on that, time after time? So why are SPQ still engaging them?
Smells like someone is getting a kickback, because any competent leader would remove weak links to get on with progressing the company.
This is PH's responsibility to get the job done. And he has failed, badly.
