I am pleased to see that this new appointment brings someone unrelated to the prior outsourced service provider The CFO Solution. I stand to be corrected but believe that our prior CFO had links to the previous CS/CFO Philip Hains involved in early days of IMU who ran an outsourcing enterprise for other companies as well. While that is an excellent concept when a company is in its infancy, it’s very important to have self starters with an established record in pharma to now be involved. Let’s hope Darren brings a much needed boost to the internal processes!! I see this as a positive.
