Hopper could inform sh that there is a further delay but why would he? Leaving them in the dark, guessing, speculating - that's how they get treated.
Writing about speculating, Hopper might be just exhausted from trading his RAD shares on the NASDAQ overnight, AUD 2m profit was made as all shares got absorbed for at least 6c ASX equivalent which he bought for 4c / AUD 4m value. Maybe now busy buying back on the ASX for half price.
