I think the biggest issue was transport logistics. As soon as other parties are transporting/loading the product they will all be after the biggest cut possible. Compared to OCP they'd own the lot, mines, ports, transportation infrastructure. Very hard to compete. Will be interesting to see if someone picks up the project cheap or if it just get liquidated.
