Thanks for your contribution. I'm not a trader so don't really know the full in's and outs' of these things.

My outlook is based less on the charts and more on fundamentals. However I feel TA has its place in making sense of the day to day movements in the grand scheme of things.

Something noteworthy you'll find is that the large green bars with volume spikes (which you've indicated as instances of hidden supply) coincide with insider buying by the directors.

The first one also coincided with a media puff piece likely planted by management "Don’t cry over spilt milk, just pour some more", The Australian Business Review, 29 November.

In my view, a bullish run that is underpinned by hype more than fundamentals will inevitably run into the kind of chart and volume dynamics you depict in the charts.

You may or may not have a view but I would not be surprised if the large volumes initially were a result of the ripple effect of insider buying / spruiking / Chinese whispers (i.e. via family, friends, acquaintances with a few degrees of separation) where the narrative is being pushed that this is ' the next big thing'. It would explain why that naturally hit its limit (the end of the ripple) and then volumes dissipated because no one else is interested.
