That's interesting Oilman01...I also Googled what the average payout is in a class action is and it advised

'Because settlement payments are calculated like interest, most people will not get large amounts of money. Around half of settlement payments will be between $50 and $300"

I've seen posts on the MNS threads trumpeting a Class Action Investigation by a legal firm....

I spend more on dinner with the missus than that so won't be bothered joining any Class Action if MNS does go into adminstration.....
