Well .... that doesn't it for me. The SBB is NOT about lifting the SP, it is about reducing the SOI. The cheaper they can buy them, the more they can reduce SOI.
[Theory: "Safe Hands", will not sell. "Unsafe Hands" will, or at least continue passing the parcel, which has an associated cost of sacrificing shares, or leveraging out "Unsafe Hands". Result: Proportion of "Safe Hands" increases.]
