all cap raise participants decline the opportunity to enter at 40. so negotiations begin.
negotiations stall, company says: no problem we can go it alone for now.
then in the last few days company puts another inquiry out. this time finds interest. and here we are.
or. could it be that one of the previous offer recipients approached the company to take them up on their offer at a much lower price?
in any case. I suspect this share price beat down has EVERYTHING to do with cap raise games. and participants trying hard to get their fill at the best price possible. and nothing to do with the potential of the tenements we hold.
