My 2 pennies worth...

We have very good resources that stacks up globally.
We are still very early daaays... scoping study, then PFS, then DFS then FID. These steps continue to derisk the project and the project numbers become more of a reality as we jump through the hurdles. Standard process... well thatsa view of an old retiree like me that has been around the block understands anyways!

All the hoo ha about raisin'... not raisin'. The company has to progress the company somehow and raise money to do this. Whether it be issuing more shares or reducing the profitability of the project via royalties for existing holders... it has to do this.
At some point, the combination of the above will apply! No issue with that guy and gals.

To pay for the CAPEX and all of the ongoing costs to get through feasibility studies, financial investment decision and then the build phase of the project, the money has to come from somewhere - again, all standard process!

Many talk about the divvies. I am not sounding negative but say we got to $2 share price are you still holding..... most won't!
And why would you.

The investment cycle proven time and time again is a resource is defined and project approved which results in a huge spike in SP.
Then there is a period of various approvals to build and get to the point where production commences. IF we get that point, typically a SP will fall back won't it? Many take profits and run.
That is not HVY related, that's just what happens.
Any why would you hold for divvies. If you are here, you are a speculative investor. That profile of holding a share in a mineral sands project for a divvie each year doesn't cut it, does it? The opportunity cost on that money to be deployed and invested elsewhere is too interesting for me!!

My balanced view. Go easy on me!
