I've seen death rolls and this looks nothing like the sort imo. No-one is jumping or has jumped ship. Matt Jenkins, whilst unknown to me, does not seem to fit the profile of the sort of person that would attach themselves to a company in its death throes.
I am wondering if a decision to close the entitlement issue early will happen, but I'll just have to wait and see.
