    well this is very pleasing - 370 mil and probably 388 mil with the extra 10 cents. judging by the sell down of SLX market thinks they paid too much!
    talk of paying down VRL debt and regular divs, but of course we are looking for a capital return!
    market price around $3 seems to be on the money, but the deal will take a few months to go thru.
    maybe a higher offer on the cards for AEO?
