    I'm sure Tom will make that known in the not too distant future.

    From a quick glance it looks like it adds value to each share from the base case of 26 - 45. Even though 70% ownership is relinquished, so is 95 mil debt!!

    Market can't get it's head around this paradox at present and I presume there will be a rerating once the figures are made clear
