It's a great announcement today and it's clear the market couldn't be bothered analyzing the content.
But the funds will today/tonight.
I feel for the shorts on these threads trying to confuse and dissuade others with their uninformed opinions and constant posting.
Next few weeks are going to be a challenge.
Highlights are frequent:
a) 68% of participants have reductions in PSA levels despite the vast majority having only received one singular dose Cu-SAR-bisPSMA (page 2 paragraph 2).
b) 92% of pre-chemo participants experience greater than 35% drop in PSA (headline in ASX ann).
c) Cohort 4, PSA levels for 3 participants continue to drop with reductions greater than or equal to 80%. This is impressive.
d) The big one - Cu-SAR-bisPSMA has shown a favourable safety profile across all cohorts (para 5 page 1).
e) One of the three FDA fast track designations was partly based on todays data.
f) Safety and efficacy results recommended an increase from 4 to 6 in the number of cycles.
g) Optimum dosing at 8 GBq - (greater efficacy and lower radiation from 12 GB q) - paragraph 5 page 3.
