I disagree, RMS certainly have a blocking stake, but id like to see what the other major holders and institutions may think of a poor offer. We know what we have. RMS want us, we don't want RMS.
The offer would have to be close to a 1 for 1 I think for anyone to be interested in a SOA or a T/O.
As mentioned earlier "we have the cards".
