There is no comparison as this is the first time a CDH17 CAR-T has been applied. Compared to chemo or check point inhibitors such as IMU's HER2 vax Her-Vaxx the results look less than impressive. But when looking at how many failed therapies the 2 patients had to go through and that the life expectancy for stage 4 gastric types is most less than 6 months then it is a remarkable result, especially at the lowest dose. That alone and the $4m grant would deserve a sp above 1c but the MAN killed the momentum right from the start. People, me included, had lined up to buy higher, well done Mr Chairman.
