im not saying the employees are useless they might have high university degrees but I dont think we are getting value for money , and internal review is needed if each one is getting 150 to 200k pa they are not just working for 4dx but investers and shareholders are all suffering because let's say 20% are doing a below average job its not fair , I dont like to be harsh but tough words need to be said in situations like this.
