When we spoke to Frank Rodgers at the AGM, technology was proven. It was only a quality control issue to ensure output was of sufficient standard to be valuable and proccesable by the refineries. As I understood it no major innovations were required at that stage. An engineering optimisation was what was remaining. That is my rough memory of what was said at the AGM.
