Thought this needed to be in this thread
As it now appears (according to Mr Fact Finder) that the Co communicated to select retail holders they were planning a US move 2 years ago. But where was the communication by the Co to the market to inform potential investors and all shareholders?
IMO that market communication should have occured, but If Ive missed it, please feel free to correct me but kindly also provide the supporting evidence
