They're taking the advantage of SHs being scattered or unknown to one another. What is the role of the regulators when complaints are made against them and actions are not taken? Why are the the regulators silent on the mananement's monarchic lifestyle and attitude to wasting and spending money without any income of the management other than the SHs' and tax payers' money? Who is to step in and grill them? Even allowing a hugely discounted CR is a slient support to the management enjoy monarchic lifestyle. Taking C14 into the scene is just to buy time and linger the process for them to stay employed, but SHs value get diminished and regulators are playing the piano. I'm not putting a single cent into the company no matter what. Mahe will be out with a good return just when the SP is 0.5c ot 0.7c. I'd expect Mahe is out at 12c. MM needs to ensure that she/C14 can get the company acquired at or above 11c by a any pharma. SHs are not likely to put money into the company because there is no clear outline and deadline from the management about the tangible results that can make SHs convinced and confident. Management need to put money into the company before the SHs.
