from what ive found. 2 portfolios is the old 10bagge*sclub rebranded with different people listed at the helm. It use to be colin mackay of ZEU who co founded it they operate out of thailand so arent privy to compliance on AFSL or ASIC. These guys can basically put out whatever they want.
Its the same as that orion articles from shanghai on LKE that would push random numbers in there reports focusing on statements like "at todays share on issue if they reach a market cap with no dilution of 1 billion dollarydoos the share price would be $27 per share. At todays prices thats over 100x"
Schemes like this use pump and dump tactics to create a business. Ignore them or waste $100 bucks being behind the ball.
