I think if USA imported raw copper mineral, that would not incur the tarriffs. Seems Tariffs may only apply to finished product of Copper metal, Australian Steel, Australian Aluminium etc. (if Aus does get impacted) Correct me if wrong. And its not a long haul to bring those minerals into the USA from Canada. And if Trump gets his tongue in cheek way, Canada might be the 51st American state.
