The next question is of course, "How much", and "With what conditions"?? My guess it will be less than ten percent of what's needed and conditional on being matched, or to be reimbursed on presentation of valid receipts.
Perhaps that is why the FEED study is not going to be done until after Finance. I never could understand why that was, now it is obvious!
Once FEED has been finalised we will finally know how much Belfast is going to really cost and if the economics justify the investment.
