the DRC may try its best to ignore the ICSID, the USA will most definitely accept the ICSIDs rulings.

The USA will not just say ‘but the DRC gave it to us’ they will know, understand and act appropriately in regards to the Manono story.

This means involvement in the project or compensation for AVZ.

ps you’ve gone from Z/Manono lithium holding it to M23 to the USA…. Not to mention believing Dathomir still should be a part of dathcom. Pick one, or continue the obvious flavour of the month negativity and be proven wrong again.
