As we drop under 6c I reckon there are still UMPs going thru. Can’t think of any other reason so many small parcels would be sold off at such a low price - or sold off at all.

I’d guess as the 20 day deadline approaches, the agent will flog them as low as they need to to get the job done.

To me the whole unmarketable thing was badly thought out. It would have been far better and easier to simply take them on and either allow them to grow as the sp
increased or via CRs, or buy them back gradually.

As usual, the above is only my thoughts - could be totally wrong.
