Like I said in Post #: 78157272 the blackout period was likely lifted for a short time after the HY report and price sensitive Ryoncil pricing announcement - looks like some of the insiders are using that narrow window to buy shares on market as it will likely only be for 7 days or so ?
Partnership, Licensing and other business negotiations (ie. Debt Restructure) can continue while Directors / Management buy on market during this narrow window (obviously) - question is will GG lodge an announcement in the coming days ? The time will be limited so I am guessing he will just finish what he started and load up to the full 19.99% before the restrictions come back into place.
