Sure, I mean she is definitely primed for a break out, it’s only low volume trading that’s grinding her down. However, it’s going to continue if there isn’t a catalyst for the breakout. It has been 3 months since the utilities contract announcement and all we have had since is a tail piece component and fairly descent report. Next report is not looking very good if they can’t line up some contracts soon.
I have said this multiple times but the US facility isn’t justified yet. However, once contracts come through to justify the facility then people will continue fantasising about future contracts.
They previously mentioned a 40mil contract pipeline though and they have kept to their word in the past so something should come through eventually.
I increased my position by 25% at 13 and 14 cents to bring my average up to 8.27 cents. Going to be looking for more at 10-12 cents.
She’s a buy IMO obviously but I can’t strongly recommend her to anyone else TBH. News could come tomorrow, or it could come next financial year.
