I thought for your information you might enjoy teh emailthat I received from teh company secretary just over two weeks ago
"Thank you for your email.
The company will lodge a formal presentation ahead of the prospectus that will have all of the significant restructuring initiatives outlined.
There is a 2 week delay between lodgement with ASIC and despatch to shareholders to allow option holders the time to convert their options into shares. This is an ASX listing rule requirement.
There is no intention to put pressure on shareholders by way of the timetable ? this is being drive by our bank and external advisors.
A copy of the prospectus will be available online when lodged with ASIC and ASX."
