MM, please don't say that. People will buy shares thinking that they will get a semi-decent buyout offer. The truth of the matter is that TZ is in a zero equity position, so is in effect worthless especially in the absence of any sales. A buy out offer will represent a token amount and it will come from QVT. As I have been saying for months, QVT have to convert all of their notes by mid May (as per ASIC's demands) and then takeover provisions come into effect for holding greater than 20%. They will then have the votes (60%) to carry this through if the takeover when approved by the board and through a scheme of arrangement.
