You are deliberately misrepresenting the argument. No one has said the "the troposphere is a blackbody" -> This is your ***. The point of starting with the SB equation is to show what the temperature would be without the effects of the atmosphere. You then have to explain why it is warmer which you consistently fail to do.
All you have is this:

Which is an assertion you keep making but you don't have the knowledge needed to back this up with anything like a physical description that includes a mathematical explanation.
